I must mention a slight disappointment during my stay. The staff, although polite, seemed a bit indifferent and lacked the warmth and friendliness I have experienced at other hotels in my travels.

The staff were very helpful and arranged tours and transfers for me. The room was quiet and dark so I was able to get a good nights sleep.

It is a bit expensive for the room you got.

Got an email to welcome me that advised how much we should pay for a taxi to get there which was very nice and useful. Overall it was a brilliant stay, the staff were lovely and it was just in walking distance to the Market. Extremely good value for money, would definitely recommend!

Excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to all attractions except for one pagoda. Nice breakfast, comfy bed, and great shower. Helpful and kind staff makes for a pleasant stay.

This hotel is all you need for a short break if you are on a budget...secure, friendly, helpful, clean and in the middle of backpacker tourist spot...

Better to pop next door for a real breakfast if your budget allows ...or just accept bread and 'coffee'

Very good quality/price. The staff was useful and very nice, they reserved tours, taxis etc. The hotel was very clean which was the most important criteria for me. Location was excellent. Hot water shower, A/C - perfect! I would recommend this hotel.

Mind-blowing location with super friendly and helpful staff who arranged all our requests. Jaw-droppingly close to convenience stores, restaurants, money exchange, and travel agents. Wow-worthy breakfast included.

This hotel has everthing you need for a very reasonable price! I would definately recommend to friends!

Nothing that i disliked!

We stayed for only 1 night, so everything was in autopilot mode. Hotel is good, very clean, even so you are to take off your shoes on the ground floor. The room is ok, big TV screen.

The hotel is situated in the yard, in about 20m from the street. My check-in time was at 6 p.m. but it was said because of the late check-out i have to wait for 1 hour or can take a room more expensive. It was not very nice to hear but at that time i only needed to leave my luggage and move to town. I was given a room on the 3d floor, but there was no elevator - that was terrible.... :)
